Sunday September 2008 ~ Selvia & Tai's Wedding

"Tony - You were fantastic during our wedding. You were very professional and courteous but at the same time made all of us and our family members feel very comfortable and calm on our wedding day. You joked and laugh with our friends and family members but all the while took stunning candid and posed shots of us during each event that took place throughout the day. The pictures that you took helped us re-live our wedding day every time we flip through our pictures. You didn’t miss a beat. If we had to do it all over again, we would have hired you right off the bat instead of wasting our time interviewing with four other wedding photographers. Once again, a job well done! We would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer. Thank you so much for making our wedding day memorable."

As it is in Chinese tradition, the guys were greeted by the bridesmaids with a set of tests they had to pass before they could see the bride. After the first exchange of red envelopes, the guys were not quite prepared for this next test, and the look on Tai's face said it all. The task here was to past the thin rice paper using nothing but lips. As close as Tai is with his groomsmen, I don't think they've ever gotten that close before today.

After succeeding the first test, Tai's next task was to correctly pick his wife-to-be's hand while being blindfolded. And test him they did. Hand after hand, Tai instinctively knew which was Selvia's hand by feel alone. Awesome!

Before most people even got out of bed on this early Sunday morning at 8 AM, our adventerous group was already well on their way to the first photo shoot site across San Francisco City Hall. You can say that Selvia has Tai's full support here. :)

Soon after, our couple headed back to their parents' house to show respect by the tea offering.

At the gorgeous Crystal Springs wedding site, Selvia took a little time away from it all to compose herself... by going a few rounds of golf. :) Actually, it was just a few swings of the club, but it was a lot of fun. The look on Selvia's face is definitely priceless. It might have been a hole in one had it not been for the grass getting in the way. :)

Let's go get married!

Our couple was just relaxing for a few last shots on top of their limo ride.
